If your organization is licensed for ParishSOFT Tuition, the Tuition tab is available on the ParishSOFT Family Suite Home page. The tab gives you access to the Tuition module, which is designed to help you manage invoices created for families with children in school or religious education classes. Your organization must be licensed for both ParishSOFT Family Directory and ParishSOFT Tuition to use the Tuition module.
The Tuition tab has six main buttons that give you access to all of the features you need to create and manage your customers and invoices. The following table lists and describes the buttons on this tab.

Click to display the Invoices page. This page lists all of your customer invoices. You can add new invoices, delete selected invoices, and export a list of invoices to a .csv file on this page. |

Click to display the Invoice Items page. This page lists all of the invoice items created to represent the products that you sell. This page is the central location for managing all of your invoice items. From this page, you can add and delete items, edit an item's details, an export a list of items to a .csv fie. |

Click to display the Customers page. This page provides a central location for managing your customer records. You can add new customer records, find existing customers (members in your ParishSOFT Family Directory shared database), and export customer lists to .csv files. |

Click to display the Templates page. This page is the central location for creating and managing your templates. On this page, you can add new templates, delete templates you no longer use, and modify the contents of existing templates. |

Click to display the Funds page. This page is the central location for managing all of your funds. On this page, you can add as many funds as you need to get the detail you want on your invoices, customer statements, and financial reports. You can also delete funds you no longer use, view and edit a fund's details, and export lists of funds to .csv files. |

Click to display the Reports page. The reporting tools enable you to generate a variety of customized reports, including customer and fund activity reports, tuition statements, and invoices. You can then print the desired reports and send them to customers. |

Click to display the Settings page. On this page, you can configure a custom name for your organization that you want to appear in the headers of all of your reports. You can also set up the "make check payable to" information so that, for accurate and timely processing, customers know the correct name of the payee. |
Note these links in the upper-right corner:
● HELP: select to display the Help menu. You can access the online Help for ParishSOFT Tuition from this menu.
● CONTACT: click to open the Get Support page on the ParishSOFT website. On this page, you can submit questions and request assistance for a product.
● HOME: select to return to the Home page from any location in the application.
● SIGN OUT: select to log out of the application.
