With a few simple steps you can export your batch list to a .csv or spreadsheet file. After you export the file, you can save it locally on your computer and, if desired, print it the file.
To
export a batch list, you must have View
and Add/Edit access rights for Contributions
assigned to your login credentials. Access rights are assigned in the
Administration module. Access to this module
is restricted to organization administrators only.
Click
to display the Batch
Management page.
If you manage several organizations, select the desired organization from the Organization list.
Do one of the following:
If you want to export a list of consisting of specific batches, select one or more of the column filters to create the desired group. Or, individually select the desired batches from the list.
If you want to export a list of all of your organization's batches, make sure that all of the column filters are cleared.
Click this toolbar button:(Export List).
Follow the prompts to save or open the file.
The exported file contains these columns of information:
Status: Open or Closed.
Batch: Name of the batch.
Cash: Total cash amount in the batch.
Pledge: Total pledge amount in the batch.
Count: Number of entries (includes contributions and pledges) in the batch.
Fund: Name of the fund the batch was submitted to.
Batch ID: unique number assigned to the batch that identifies it to the system.
Deposit Date: This field applies to batches associated with the ParishSOFT Offering to ParishSOFT Accounting integration only. Specifies the date that all monies in the batch will be deposited into a bank account in the ParishSOFT Accounting system.
