Permissions and Access Rights


Your ability access the Tuition module and perform certain tasks within the module are controlled by permissions assigned to your login credentials.  

ParishSOFT Access

To access the Tuition module, you must have ParishSOFT Access assigned to your login credentials.

Types of Permissions

Within the Tuition module, you must have specific permissions assigned to allow you to perform certain tasks. For example, to delete an invoice, you must be assigned both View and Delete permissions.

The following table lists and defines the specific access rights settings that a staff user must have to work in the Tuition module.  Note that the staff user must also have an active assignment in the selected organization.

If you are having trouble using a feature or accessing a particular area of the module, contact your organization administrator for assistance.

Access Rights Setting

Description

View

Grants the staff user view-only permissions.

Add/Edit

Allows the staff user to create or edit invoices.

Delete

Allows the staff user to delete invoices.

Print

Allows the staff user to print invoices.

Import (for future release)

Allows the staff user to import data.
