How to Give Church Members Access to Pictorial Directory

Pictorial Directory is a directory listing that contains addresses and photos, if specified, of members in your organization. This topic shows you how to give church members access to the directory and how to specify whether or not the directory contains family and member photos.


By default, Pictorial Directory is not visible to members in your organization. To enable members to access the directory, complete the following:

  1. Click to display the Organization Management page.
  2. In the Organization List, check the box next to the name of the organization whose Pictorial Directory settings you want to change.
  3. In the right panel, click to open the record in edit mode.
  4. Under the name of the organization, click the  Additional Organization Details link to open the Additional Organization Information window. For example:

The Pictorial Directory section contains three checkbox options that control the display of Pictorial Directory and its contents:

  1. Check the desired options. Then, click .

The system saves your selections and displays the organization's record.
