The application keeps a record of a family's contributions and pledges and creates a profile of their giving. If you have View Giving History rights assigned to your login, you can access a family's donor profile to see the family's and its members' full giving history, including completed contributions to individual funds, total giving amounts, and amounts pledged.

If you manage multiple organizations, select the desired organization or All Organizations from the Organization list.
Each family in the Family List has a link to a its record. Select the link for the family whose giving history you want to view.
The family record opens to the Family Details tab.
At the bottom of the Family Details tab, select the Giving History link to open the family's giving history profile. For example:

In the Filter Options section, select filters to narrow down the transactions you want to view:
Funds: to view giving to a specific fund, select the fund from the list. Alternatively, select All to view giving to all funds.
Years: to view annual contributions for a specific year, select the year from the list. Alternatively, select All to view giving for all years.
Tax Deductible: check the box to view tax-deductible contributions only.
Include Member Information: check the box to include family member's giving information.
(Optional) In the Solicitation Information section, enter information unique to the family that relates to your organization's campaign management purposes in the Diocesan Target field.
Only users with the following
access rights are allow to enter information in the Diocesan
Target field: Family Directory > View
and Offering > View > Giving History.
To view the giving history profiles for individual family members, click the name of the family member in the Members list on the left.
Deleted
family members appear on the Members
list only if they have contributions tied to their records.
Clicking
any one of the column headings in the grids changes the sort order of
the information. For example in the Contributions
grid, you can sort contributions in ascending or descending order by clicking
the Date heading. The directional
arrow to the right of the heading label indicates the direction of the
sort.
If you are an administrator, you may have access to multiple organizations. If so, you can quickly switch between them to view contributions and pledges made to funds by the selected family and its members in the organization you select. To view the family's giving to a different organization, simply select it from the Organization dropdown list in the upper right (see previous illustration).
The
dropdown list includes only the organizations you have access rights to.
Access rights are determined both by your user role (for example, parish
administrator) and by permissions explicitly assigned in your staff record.
