By default in Family Directory's Member Details, the name tabs of members—except those assigned the role of Head, Husband, or Wife—are displayed in alphabetic order. This topic shows you how to change the order of the tabs so that the names of family members appear in descending order (from oldest to youngest based on date of birth) by age.
To put the name tabs in order by age, complete the following:
Click
to open the Home module. Then, click
.
In the left panel, select the Member Tab Display option.
In the right panel, select
the Age option. Then, click .
In all records, the member name tabs (except those for members assigned the role of Head, Husband, or Wife) now display in descending order by age.
At
any time, you can switch back to the default tab order by repeating the
previous instructions and selecting and saving the Name
option.
