After you finish posting contributions and pledge payments, it is a good idea to verify that the amounts are entered correctly and that all payments are accounted for. Daily or weekly reviews of your contribution records can help you stay on top of things so that if you discover a mistake, you can quickly correct it.
The Contribution List page provides a central location for you to keep track of all of the contributions and pledges made to funds in your organization. On this page, you can review postings made during a given period, and then make changes, if necessary.
For example, to view contribution records posted on November 5, 2013, select 05/5/2013 from the calendars in the Start Date and End Date fields, as shown in the following:
You can also select the date currently shown in these fields and type the desired date.
A list of contributions for the given date or date range you selected is displayed. For example:
Note that the list shows you all of the postings made during the date range specified in the Start Date and End Date filters.
