How to Transfer a Leader to Another Class (on Classes Page)


  1. Click to display the Classes page.

  2. In the left panel, select the Class List tab. Then, do the following:

  1. Select the term in which the class is scheduled.

  2. In the View By list, select Class to display a list of classes.

  3. Select the class to which the leader is currently assigned.  

  1. In the right panel, select the Leaders tab to display the list of leaders assigned to the selected class.

  2. Select the leader you want to transfer. Then, click .

The Transfer Leader window opens to show the name of the leader you selected.

  1. Complete these steps:

  1. In Step 1, make sure the desired leader’s name is showing in the Teacher field. If not, select a different leader.

  2. In Step 2, review the class information to make sure you have the correct class.

  3. In Step 3, select the new term, class, and leader's role from the respective dropdown lists.

  4. Click .

The system transfers the leader to the new class and assigns him or her to the role you selected.
