How to Change a Class Schedule
At any time, you can make changes to a class schedule. You can bulk change the entire schedule, change a specific time or location, and you can also remove dates from a schedule.
- Click
to display the Classes page.
- In the left panel, select the Class List tab. Then, complete the following:
- From the Term list, select the term the class is held in.
- From the View By list, select Class.
- From the list of classes, select the class whose schedule you want to change.
Details for the selected class are displayed in the right panel.
- At the bottom of the right panel, select the Schedule tab to view the schedule for the selected class.
For example:

- To make changes to the current schedule, do any of the following:
- To change the entire schedule, click
. Make the necessary changes by selecting a new session from the Session list, new start and end times, or a different building and room. Then, click
to update the schedule with your changes. The new schedule is displayed at the bottom of the right panel. If the system identifies a conflict, this message is displayed in the Availability column:
. To resolve a conflict, click
to open the Room Availability calendar, which shows the source of the conflict. Use the controls above the calendar to change the time or building location. Click
to save your changes.
- To change a time or classroom location, check the box next to the date for which you want to make the change. Then, click
to open the Edit Times & Room window. Make the necessary changes to the time and location. Then, click
to update the schedule with the change.
- To remove one or more dates from the schedule, check the box next to each date you want to remove. Then, click
. In the Remove Dates window, check the Confirm Removal of Dates checkbox, and then click
to remove the date from the schedule.
The system updates the schedule with your changes.
