The following illustration shows you an example of the Student List (By Class) quick report, generated from the Student Directory page. The report provides an alphabetic listing of classes and a roster of students enrolled in each class. The report provides detailed information about each student, including age, home address, parents' names, and email address.
To generate a report for a specific class, select the class from the Class List tab on the Student Directory page, and then select the Student List (By Class) option. To generate a report for all classes in your program, click View All, and then select the Student List (By Class) quick report.
The report is displayed in the Report Viewer. Use the controls at the top of the viewer to print, view, and save the report. For details, go to How to Print, View, and Save Reports.
