Following is an example of a Statements report.
Click the Forward
button at the top of the Report Viewer to page through the report. Each page of this report contains a separate statement for each customer selected in the report setup.
The statement shows the customer's name and invoice details, including the invoice description and due date, the invoice total, and current balance due. The statement shows exactly what the customer owes and provides a history of payments and credits.
If the option to include a remittance slip is selected in the report setup, a tear-off slip is attached to the bottom to show the balance due and due date.
The report opens in the Report Viewer where you can view, save, and print the report. For details, go to About the Report Viewer.
