How to Add a New Organization Record

This topic shows you how to add a new organization to your database.


  1. Click to display the Organization Management page.
  2. At the top of the left panel, click (Add New Organization).

The Add New Organization form is displayed.

  1. Complete the fields on the form. For field descriptions, go to Data Fields in the Organization Record.

A red asterisk (*) indicates required information.

  1. Click to save the new record.

The system adds the organization to the Organization List on the Organization Management page.
