Per GDPR legislation, individuals have the right to have their personal data erased. This is referred to as the 'right to be forgotten'. This topic shows you how to create a GDPR Forgotten Members report. After forgetting a member, you can run this report to confirm that personally identifying information was actually removed from the records of "forgotten" members.
You must have Family Directory View + Add/Edit + Print permissions to run this report.
This topic shows you how to create a report of forgotten members. If you want to create a forgotten families report, go to How to Create a GDPR Forgotten Families Report.

In the Report Type menu, select GDPR. Then, in the Report menu select Forgotten Members.
The
Date Range section lets
you specify a time period to search for removed records. Do one of
the following:
To find records removed during a specific period, select a start date and an end date.
To find all removed records, deselect the Start Date and End Date checkboxes.

The following illustration shows an example of a member record that to which the Forget Member process was applied. To anonymize the member, the process removed the first and last names, replacing each with “GDPR." All fields containing personally identifying information about the member now contain no data or show the field's default value (for example, True).
