On the Get Support page, you can get help by completing a request form and sending it to our product support department. Be sure to include as much detail as you can when describing an issue or making a request. If you are getting an error, attaching a screenshot of the error message is helpful. The more information you can provide about a problem you are experiencing, the better we can assist you.

● Make the query a public (global) query so that Product Support can view it. For instructions on making a query public, go to How to Make a Query Public or Private.
● Provide this information:
Name of the query
Query DUID (the query's unique ID). To find your query's DUID, go to How to View the Properties of a Query.
A brief description of the purpose of your query (what you are trying to find out).
A brief description of the problem you are having. Be sure to state what you think you should be seeing or not be seeing in your results).
