Individual Minister Schedule Report

The Individual Minister Schedule report provides event schedules that match your report filter criteria for one or more selected ministers.

To select report content:

1. Select the desired filter options: Ministry Group, Ministry, Ministry Event.
2. Select the desired minister or all ministers from the Ministers list.
3. Select a date range.

To organize information in the report:

1. The Group Sorting options determine how the information in the report is presented. For each option, select whether you want the information sorted in ascending or descending order:

• Ministry Group Name
• Ministry
• Event Desc.

2. This report has three Detail Sorting options:

• Minister
• Event Date
• Event Time

Select the desired sorting option, and then select whether you want to sort the information in ascending or descending order.

Following is an example of a Individual Minister Schedule  report. The report shown is configured with these filter options:

●       Ministry Group: Women's Volleyball Recreational

●       Ministry: Recreation

●       Event: 4pm Sunday

●       Ministers: Kimberly Springer

The Detail Sorting option selected is Event Date in ascending order.
