Ministry Schedule Report

The Ministry Schedule report provides event schedules that match your report filter criteria.

To organize information in the report:

The Group Sorting options determine how the information in the report is presented. For each option, select whether you want the information sorted in ascending or descending order:

Schedule Event Date: organizes events according to the date and time they are scheduled. The primary sort is by event date, and the secondary sort is by event time.
Ministry: groups the information by the ministry.

This report has one Detail Sorting option: Event Desc. Select whether you want the event description sorted in ascending or descending order.

Following is an example of a Ministry Schedule report. The report shown is configured with these filter options:

● Ministry Group: Liturgy

● Ministry: Altar Server

● Ministry Event: All

Event dates and times are sorted in ascending order (from most to least recent).
