Basic Workflow

The Offering module enables you to record both regular charitable contributions (offerings) as well as income received for pledges, tithes, and capital campaigns. If you are using Offering for the first time, this topic shows you where to start and then guides you through the sequence of main tasks involved in entering family and member contributions or pledges into your system.

The processes documented in this topic assume that you have View + Add/Edit access rights tied to your login credentials and that you have permission to access the fund you are posting the contribution or pledge to.
