Audit reports enable organization administrators to view the details of changes users have made to batches, contributions, and pledges after they are entered into the system. This topic shows the administrator how to create two types of reports:
● By User: tracks a selected user’s changes to specific funds.
● By Type: tracks any and all changes made to one or more of the following: batches, contributions, and pledges.

If you manage several organizations, select the desired organization from the Organization list.
Click .
Then, select Audit > By
User.
The setup for the By User audit report is displayed on the right. The Users tab lists users who have made at least one change to a fund in the selected organization.
To search for changes
made on a specific date, select the same date on the Start Date and End
Date calendars.
The Report Summary section in the lower-left corner enables you to review your selections.
The audit report is displayed in the Report Viewer. See About the Report Viewer for information on viewing, printing, and saving the report.
Depending on the size
of the report, it may take some time to load.
If you manage several organizations, select the desired organization from the Organization list.

Then, select Audit > By
Type.
The setup for the By Type audit report is displayed on the right.
For example, if you do not want to view changes to pledges, check (to deselect) the Pledges box.
To search for changes
made on a specific date, select the same date on the Start Date and End
Date calendars.
The audit report is displayed in the Report Viewer.

the report, it may take some time to load.
