Religious Ed. Button Descriptions
The Religious Ed. tab features eight main command buttons that help you organize and manage all aspects of your religious education program. Simply click a button to access the page named on the button.

Click to display the Dashboard. When you log in to the application the very first time, the Dashboard displays the Setup Wizard, which walks you through the application setup. After you complete the setup, the Dashboard displays provides a"big picture" of what is going on in your Religious Education program on any given day. The Announcement panel is a special section that you can customize with notifications you can post news and announcements to students, staff, and families. |

Click to display the Student Directory, a listing of all of the students in your program. You can select a specific class and view the names of enrolled students along with their addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses. |

Click to display the Classes page, where you can view and manage all of the classes in your program. On this page, you can select a term and view a list of classes in the term. You can also add a new class, edit the information for an existing class, and remove a class from your program. |

Click to display the Leaders page, where you can view a list of currently assigned instructors and leaders for the classes in your program. You can also perform other tasks associated with your leaders, including adding new leaders to classes, creating leader lists and mailing labels, and sending emails to leaders. |

Click to display the Calendars page, where you can your program's class schedules in daily, weekly, monthly, and timeline calendar views. |

Click to display the Reports page, where you can create a variety of reports, including class rosters and schedules,sacrament lists, and attendance lists. You can also create student and leader mailing labels. |

Click to display the Tools menu. This menu contains options that give you access to these special features: ● Add By Family: provides an alternative method for adding students to a class by letting you locate the student's family and then adding the family member as a student. ● Bulk Class Manager: helps staff manage an existing term or easily set up a new term by adding and copying classes in bulk from a prior term. ● Class Promotion: lets you promote students to the next class level. ● Holiday Calendars: enables you to view important holidays, events, and special observances on three types of calendars: National, Christian, and Catholic. ● Pending Registrations: opens the Pending Registration page where you can view and take action on pending online registrations for religious education classes. ● Setup Wizard: steps you through the process of setting up your religious education program. |

Click to display the Configuration menu. This menu has options to assist you with managing terms, creating and managing sessions, and processing online registrations. |
The Pending Registrations button lets you know how many online registrations are pending that require your attention:
Click the number to display the Pending Registrations page where you can view the online registration requests submitted by members of your organization and take action on those requests.
Note these links in the upper-right corner:
● HELP: select to display the Help menu.
● CONTACT: click to open the Get Support page on the ParishSOFT website where you can complete a form to ask a question or submit a request for assistance.
● HOME: select to return to the Home page from any location in the application.
● SIGN OUT: select to log out of the application.

About the Student Directory Page
